Community Outreach

We strongly believe in giving back to our community and support organizations that serve those in need. The Resort Professionals, along with many other charitable businesses in our area strive to preserve the rich history of the shore and all that Delaware has to offer. This is why Patrick, Dawn and Adam are active supporters of the Delaware Seashore Preservation Foundation. A contribution from each real estate transaction we complete will be made to a non-profit charitable organization of your choice.

American Cancer Society - www.cancer.org - Many of our friends and family members have experienced this horrible disease; each with different outcomes. Two of my nephews were diagnosed and treated for Acute Lymphatic Leukemia (ALL). I strongly support the American Cancer Society. - Patrick Montague

Alzheimer’s Association - www.alz.org - About 5.4 million people currently suffer from this debilitating disease which not only consumes the life of its victims, but their caregivers and loved ones alike.  My family and I lost our beloved matriarch, Dorothy Wilbur, to this horrible disease in 2010, we remember her now with a smile and through our continued support of this great foundation.  It is the contributions of us all that make it possible for the Alzheimer’s Association to continue to fight this disease through vital research, as well as the essential support programs and services that they provide. - Dawn Marton

National Humane Society - www.humane.org - The nation's largest and most effective animal protection organization provides the essential services needed to rescue and rehabilitate animals who have suffered from abuse and neglect, largely caused by human hands.  As an animal lover myself and one who has seen this cruelty first hand, I am a proud supporter of this society which continues combating large-scale cruelties to our furry four leggeds and drives transformational change, not only in the US, but worldwide. - Adam T. Mahew

Delaware Seashore Preservation Foundation - www.savethetower.org - a non-profit Friends organization created to preserve, protect and enhance the Indian River Life Saving Station, and the Parks within the Delaware Seashore State Park Region including the Indian River Marina, Delaware Seashore, Fenwick Island and Holts Landing State Parks. - Patrick, Dawn and Adam
